walking.

Yep...at just 9 months and 4 days old our little boy took his first steps! We didn't even realize it at first. After thinking he would never crawl (it took 8 months) he learned to walk so quickly (just 3 weeks after he started crawling)! Carter is still preferring to crawl since he can get to his next toy faster, but quickly learning that his knees won't get so bruised if he stands and walks. Even today, our nanny said he walked more than he crawled! I'm just in awe at how much a little person learns, develops and grows in 9 short months. He still loves to push his car around, but now just walks across the room to get it, then goes for a drive.

We still have yet to get a really good video of him walking. Every time I pull the camera out he sits down and crawls. Silly boy. No worries...I'll post something soon!
