Stoneyridge Farm 2010

>> October 18, 2010

Every year we head out to our very favorite pumpkin patch: Stoneyridge Farm. It has become quite the tradition to meet friends, eat delicious apple pie, visit the farm animals and take a hay ride down to the patch. Round out the trip with a corn maze and apple picking and it's a pretty incredible day! This weekend was absolutely beautiful (which meant the farm was very crowded!). We met up with the Adams' and Wagners which was extra special. We now all of little ones to share in the fun!
I was thinking back to what our lives were like a year ago at this time. This was our trip to Stoneyridge last year.
And now we have a happy, healthy, adorable little boy running around, eating dirt and slapping his hands on all the pumpkins. Amazing what can happen in a year.

Carter and Ellie became quite good friends at the farm.

Carter has been loving apples lately. He smashes his lips up and sucks out all the juice. Unfortunately, the pumpkin didn't deliver the juice he was hoping for!Little Leah Wagner relaxing as we enjoy our apple pie. She is so cute! The Wagners.
Ellie was able to practice sharing her lunch when Carter decided he wanted a bite. We need to work on manners still.
Lucky for Carter, Ellie was nice enough to feed him! She's definitely a keeper!Sittin' with the pumpkins.
Excited to see how much taller he is next year! There was an antique bicycle at the farm. Carter was very serious as he held onto the handle. So cute!Riding in the wheelbarrow.Carter and Dad.
